Delivery and payment of your kits
In order to permanently ensure advantageous prices (no delivery costs, very low expenditure of material and work) and to be available on site for any questions concerning your order, we will deliver your goods to the KiK branch of your choice. Since our subsidiary net contains 3.000 stores there is always a shop at close quarters.
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will inform you by e-mail.
Payment of the kits
The payment of the merchandise has to take place when collecting it at your KiK branch. You will receive a receipt proving the payement. Please note that delivery of an invoice is not possible at the KiK branch. In case you should need an invoice, please send the receipt to:

Collection of your merchandise at your KiK branch
You can pick up your order yourself or send a duly authorized person to do so. Please consider the opening hours and keep in mind they may vary slightly from branch to branch.
Picking up the kits yourself
Please bring your ID or any other official piece of identification when collecting your order.
Investing someone else to pick up the kits
If you cannot personally retrieve the kits, you can authorize someone else to do so. Please set up an informal letter to mandate this person, mentioning the full name and complete address of both yourself and the empowered person. Please sign the letter and add a signed copy of your ID.
